We again had a GSAC member say something and your GSAC Board did something!
The stone and gravel located between the sidewalk and Seawall along Venetian Bay, adjacent to Your Boat Club.com at Park Shore Marina, were sinking into the Bay. There was between a four- and eighteen-inch drop that developed along approximately two hundred feet of sidewalk and created a very dangerous condition for the many walkers that pass by that location.
Photos were immediately sent to City of Naples Director of Public Works, Bob Middleton and Supervisor, Dave Rivera.
Bob, Dave and Staff rectified the situation within twenty-four hours by filling the subject area with gravel.
Our GSAC members can now safely walk the sidewalk in that area.
