On February 3, 2026, the City of Naples will hold a municipal general election. Voters will decide on three at-large City Council seats, each for a four-year term. The election is non-partisan. 

Some of the more important community issues for this election will be Resiliency, Growth, Public Safety, Governance, Protecting the Naples Brand and the Naples Municipal Airport. 

VOTING 

It’s important that everyone eligible to vote does so. As an off-year election, turn-out will likely be a key factor in determining the direction of the City for the next 4 years.

In person voting will only take place on February 3, 2026. There will be no in-person early voting. 

Any registered voter in Naples can request a Vote-By-Mail ballot — no special reason is required. If you’ve Voted-By Mail in the past the rules have changed this year. Everyone will be required to submit a new request. To request a Vote-by-Mail ballot you can click here: https://www.colliervotes.gov/201/Vote-by-Mail. The last day to Request a Vote-By Mail ballot is January 22, 2026. Vote-By Mail, domestic ballots will begin to go out around December 31, 2025 and run thru January 24, 2026. Vote-By-Mail ballots must be physically received by the Supervisor of Elections office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day

The GSAC Forum will be on January 13, 2026, from 9:00-11:00am at Naples United Church of Christ, 5200 Crayton Road. 

The GSAC, Park Shore Association (PSA), The Moorings Property Owners Association (MPOA) will be on January 15, 2026, from 5:30-7:30pm at Moorings Presbyterian Church, 791 Harbour Drive.
