Venetian Bay Yacht Club North
The Venetian Bay Yacht Club North improvement project is now nearing completion with new pilings, docks, lighting, and some owners have added boat lifts. Thank you Venetian Bay Yacht Club North members for enhancing the Boulevard with these improvements.

The Park Shore Marina
The Park Shore Marina located at the north end of the Village on Venetian Bay received an update this summer. The update, nearing completion includes new docks and walkways for its many local customers to enjoy.
The new facilities are beautiful. Come on down and take a look and say hello to Dave and his staff and rent one of their numerous boats.

New signage and warning lights at the Horizon Way and Gulf Shore Boulevard crosswalk
The signage and flashing lights that were destroyed at this heavily trafficked beach access during Hurricane Ian have been replaced and are now operational.
A big thank you to the City of Naples Police Department and Streets and Stormwater Departments for getting this repaired quickly and assuring a safe crossing for our residents.

Phase 1 of the Gulf Shore Boulevard North Seawall Project
Phase 1 of the Gulf Shore Boulevard North Seawall project is now complete.
Upon your return to Naples you will see not only a new 1200 linear foot Seawall but also a new sidewalk, parking lots, curbing and landscaping.
A big thank you to the City of Naples Department of Public Works for completing this project on time.

The Park Shore Association Members Only Raymond Lutgert Park
The Raymond Lutgert Park located at 4061 Gulf Shore Boulevard was heavily damaged during Hurricane Ian and had to be closed to members for several months.
The Park Shore Association Board that oversees the park recently completed a full restoration and re landscaping of the park. It will be a very welcoming sight for its members and neighbors alike.
Thank you to the many PSA Members who contributed financially and to the Board of Directors for leading the effort, it looks beautiful!
